About
Talda is a low-rise residential compound in Mostakbal City, developed by HDP, the real estate arm of the Housing and Development Bank. Spread across 30 acres, the project dedicates 80% of its land to landscaped gardens and water features, creating a setting that feels more like a park than a typical gated community. The built area is limited to 11 apartment buildings (ground plus five floors) and 25 townhouse blocks, keeping densities low and views open. The design prioritises pedestrians: a network of walkways and cycle paths connects homes to a community centre, swimming pools, a clubhouse, a mixed-use strip with shops and cafes, a mosque, and a jogging track. The architecture is clean and contemporary, with white facades and large windows that bring natural light indoors. The location on Cairo-Suez Road, near the Middle Ring Road and the New Administrative Capital, makes it practical for anyone working between New Cairo and the capital. Talda is essentially a quiet, green enclave designed for families who want daily conveniences within walking distance and a strong connection to outdoor space.
