Spinner Towers is a commercial project in the New Administrative Capital's MU23 district, developed by Radix, the Egyptian arm of Saudi Arabia's Al-Muwaffaq Holding Group. Positioned directly on Al-Amal Axis and between the R2 and R3 residential zones, it offers a mix of retail shops, administrative offices, and medical clinics across a ground floor and eleven upper levels. The lower floors are dedicated to commercial spaces, while the upper floors house offices and clinics. The project includes a plaza, a clubhouse, a restaurant, a kids' area, walking passages, and a dancing fountain. 24/7 security, CCTV, backup generators, and facility management are among the services. The location provides access to the Green River, the Government District, and major road networks. Unit finishes vary by type: commercial units are delivered as core and shell, while administrative and medical units come fully finished with air conditioning.
