About
Sokhna Hills is a large resort village on Mount Galala in Ain Sokhna, developed by Hegaz Development, active since 1988. The project spans 100 acres with a terraced design that gives every unit a view of the Red Sea, with only 20% of the land built up and the rest left for green spaces, artificial lakes, and recreational facilities. It has a 3-kilometre private beach and a range of amenities including 14 swimming pools, a 4-star hotel, a commercial mall, restaurants, cafes, a sports club, a spa, and a kids' area. The village is about an hour from New Cairo and close to the main Cairo-Sokhna, Suez-Sokhna, and Katameya-Sokhna roads, as well as Porto Sokhna and the Mövenpick Hotel. The idea here is a self-contained coastal community where the layout and services aim to make it a practical choice for both holidays and investment.
