Silver Sands is a large-scale coastal resort in Sidi Heneish on the North Coast, developed by Ora Developers. The project spans over 500 acres and offers a mix of villas, townhouses, twin houses, chalets, and apartments across several phases, including Silver Town, The Cove, and Accaro. Its master plan is designed around a 1.4-kilometer beachfront and a swimmable lagoon covering 88,000 square meters. The resort includes two hotels, five clubhouses, a medical center, and a commercial piazza. The layout is split into a quieter residential side and a livelier area focused on nightlife and entertainment. The design emphasizes open spaces and water views, with most units positioned to look out onto the sea or the lagoon.
