Seazen is a North Coast resort on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh road at Kilo 170, near El Dabaa and about 20 minutes from Alamein International Airport. Developed by Al Qamzi Developments, the company behind projects in New Cairo and Mostakbal City, Seazen spans 204 feddans with a master plan by DMA and landscaping by Okoplan. The layout uses cascading elevations so that most units have direct sea or water views, and about 87% of the total area is given to green spaces, lagoons, and water features. The resort has a 690-metre beach, a wave pool, three clubhouses, sports courts, and a commercial area. The architecture follows a coastal modern style, and units are delivered fully finished.
