Santa Claus is a coastal resort in Ras Sudr developed by Convoy Developments, the company behind several Red Sea projects. The resort sits at kilometer 25 near the Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel, about 180 kilometers from Cairo. It spreads over 41 acres and includes around 200 units, blending chalets with standalone villas. The buildings are arranged in a U-shape on stepped terraces so that most homes face the sea directly, with artificial lakes, pools, and gardens woven through the layout. Amenities are varied: eight swimming pools, a private beach, a cinema, sports courts, walking and cycling tracks, a mosque, medical centers, a pharmacy, and a four-star hotel.
