Rock Capital 1 is Rock Developments' administrative and mixed-use destination in the Governmental District of the New Administrative Capital. Positioned on Block 1, it directly overlooks the Presidential Palace and is within a minute of the Central Bank and a couple of minutes from the Monorail station and the Ministries Complex. Designed by WSW Architects' Hazel Wong, the building draws inspiration from the architectural energy of the Emirates Towers. The project spans a total built-up area of 100,000 square meters on a 21,500-square-meter plot, rising seven typical floors above a double-height ground floor. Amenities include a gym, a jogging track, meeting rooms, indoor lounges, and over 1,000 parking slots. The building emphasizes employee well-being through green architecture, natural light, and landscaped terraces. Rock Developments, active since 1978, is behind other projects like Rock Vera and Rock Eden.
