Riza is a residential compound in Sheikh Zayed, developed by Eagles Developments, a company with roots in construction and building materials that has delivered over 4,000 units in West Cairo. The project sits on Al Nozha Street in the Al Thawra Al Khadra area, close to Hyper One and within easy reach of the 26th of July Axis and the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. The compound is designed around a low building density—roughly 18 to 20 percent of the land is built up—leaving the rest for landscaped gardens, an artificial lake, and open spaces.
