Retan is a resort-style village in Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay, developed by Cairo Global Construction Company, a relatively recent market entrant founded in 2015. The project sits on 26 acres at Kilo 133 on the Alexandria-Matrouh road, close to Marassi, Hacienda Bay, and New Alamein City. Its defining architectural feature is a five-level stepped-terrace layout, rising up to 32 meters above sea level, designed to give roughly 90% of the units direct sea views. The resort is built around a hotel-style operational model, with a focus on year-round management and services. Most of the land is given to gardens, walkways, and open areas rather than buildings. The beach stretches 150 meters. The developer's track record is limited to this project and a handful of other ventures, so buyers are essentially investing in a concept that has yet to be delivered.
