RED is a residential project in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, developed by Cornerstone Development. The project's design is inspired by the red rooted floater, a plant that floats on water, and centers around the interplay of light, water, and open spaces. It features water villas with floating gardens, aiming to create a sense of living on the water. Amenities include a day-lit gym, a sunken garden spa, a cold plunge pool, a cinema lounge, co-working spaces, an art gallery garden, and a community app. The design team includes architect Yasser Al Beltagy and New York-based design firm Amir Fayo, which incorporates psychological principles into the spaces to foster a sense of well-being and community.
