About
Rayhanah Avenue is a mixed-use development in the heart of Zahraa El Maadi, sitting directly across from Wadi Degla Club. The 11-storey building houses around 891 apartments alongside commercial and retail spaces, with unit sizes ranging from 73 to 234 m². The architecture was designed by the Dutch firm Van Carter Studio, which brought a European approach to the building's glass facades and layout. Inside, the building is organised into sections, each with its own lifts and security, and the project includes two landscaped courtyards with swimming pools and an artificial lake. Other on-site amenities include a gym, a clubhouse, and a rooftop area with children's play spaces. The project is developed by Memaar Al Morshedy, a well-established Egyptian developer with decades of experience in Cairo and beyond.
