Palm Beach Ain Sokhna is a coastal resort developed by Lasirena Group, set on a stretch of the Red Sea shoreline about 14 kilometers from the Ain Sokhna gates—roughly an hour from Cairo. The project spans between 35 and 50 acres, with most of that space given over to landscaped gardens, water features, and recreational zones rather than buildings.
