Palencia Al Shorouk is a gated compound in the heart of Shorouk City, developed by K Developments. The project is positioned directly on El Horeya Road opposite Carrefour, placing it at the intersection of several major roads including the Regional Ring Road, Suez Road, and Ismailia Road. The compound spans roughly 10.5 feddans, with only 22% of the land allocated for buildings across 17 structures, each rising ground plus four floors. The remaining area is given to gardens, water features, and open space. Residences range from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes. The community includes a strip mall, clubhouse, swimming pools, a gym, jogging and cycling tracks, children's play areas, underground parking with EV charging stations, and smart systems for waste collection and lighting. The architecture draws from Spanish design, carried out by YBA Engineering Consultants.
