O Nine is a mid-sized residential project in 6th of October City, developed by Miqaat Developments. It sits directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, opposite the Shooting Club and a short walk from Mall of Arabia, placing it in a well-connected part of west Cairo near the 26th of July Corridor and Juhayna Square. The 13-acre site is mostly open space—buildings cover only about 14 percent of the land, with the rest given to gardens, water features, and communal areas. The master plan includes nine buildings of ground plus seven floors, with 550 underground parking slots. Amenities include an outdoor gym, jogging and cycling lanes, a kids' play area, and a community hub. Miqaat has partnered with Hassan Allam Construction for execution and Vodafone for smart infrastructure, which adds a layer of institutional backing to a first project.
