Noir is a commercial and administrative complex developed by Living Yards, located on North 90 Street in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, directly across from Cairo Festival City Mall and adjacent to Downtown Kattameya. Designed by architect Yasser El Beltagy, the building spans 6,760 square meters across a ground floor and four upper levels, with a double-height ceiling on the ground floor. The project includes retail units, food and beverage outlets, and office spaces ranging from 70 to 370 square meters, along with duplex retail units from 181 to 740 square meters. A 400-square-meter plaza with water features and art installations serves as the complex's central gathering space. Managed by EFS Facilities Services, Noir also offers banking services, a pharmacy, and underground parking across two basement levels.
