About
Murano is a beachfront resort in Ain Sokhna developed by Wadi Degla Developments, the company behind Blumar and Neopolis. It sits at the start of Zaafarana Road, about 50 minutes from Cairo, making it one of the nearest Red Sea getaways to the capital. The resort covers roughly 111 acres with a 750-metre private beach, six swimming pools, and a 100-metre marina. Unit types range from chalets and duplexes to standalone villas. The layout includes five themed zones: Views, Foreshore, Hot Spring, Palms, and Waterside — each with its own landscape character. Natural hot springs run through the property, and the amenities include a clubhouse, spa, gym, commercial area, restaurants and cafes, and a 4-star hotel. Landscaped gardens and water features are integrated throughout.
