About
Monark is a residential compound in Mostakbal City, developed by Royal Developments. The project sits on about 40 acres directly across from Madinaty, with convenient access to the Ring Road and Suez Road, putting it roughly 10 minutes from the New Administrative Capital and 20 minutes from Cairo International Airport. Its architecture and master plan were designed by Yasser El-Beltagy's YBA firm, which aimed for a modern skyline feel with each unit oriented toward either water features or landscaped gardens. The compound offers a wide range of amenities: four swimming pools, a clubhouse, sports courts, a jogging and cycling track, a kids' area with treehouses and a mini aqua park, an outdoor cinema, barbecue zones, a multi-purpose hall, and dedicated pet-friendly areas. It also includes healthcare facilities, underground parking, electric generators, and a mobile app for managing services. The design emphasizes pedestrian-friendly spaces and integrates ramps and braille signage for accessibility.
