About
Maliv is a mixed-use compound in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement, developed by Kulture Developments. The project sits at the intersection of the Middle Ring Road and Ain Sokhna Road, placing it about 10 minutes from District 5 and the Mohamed Naguib Axis. Spread across roughly 60 acres, the compound combines residential, commercial, administrative, and medical components into a single planned community. The unit mix includes studios, apartments, duplexes, penthouses, townhouses, and standalone villas. Inside, residents have access to a clubhouse, gym, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, artificial lakes, dedicated cycling and jogging tracks, a kids' play area, and a commercial mall with restaurants and cafes. The compound is also home to the Maliv Street retail project. Kulture Developments is a relatively new Egyptian developer whose team draws on over 20 years of combined industry experience, with earlier projects including the Patterns West October Mall and Maliv Street Mall.
