Makadi Heights is an integrated coastal town developed by Orascom Development Egypt, the company behind El Gouna, situated on the Red Sea coast in Makadi Bay, south of Hurghada. The project spans approximately 3.4 million square meters, with more than 85% of the area dedicated to green spaces, water features, and open areas. Built on a terraced system at 78 meters above sea level, it offers panoramic views of the Red Sea from most units. The community includes a beach club, shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, hotels, swimming pools, and landscaped gardens.
