Lasirena North Coast is a family-oriented resort spread over 55 acres in the Sidi Abdel Rahman area, at the 165 km mark on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh road. Developed by Lasirena Group, the project is designed around a 460-meter beachfront and a U-shaped master plan that gives most units a direct view of the sea. The resort emphasizes active leisure, with an aqua park, multiple swimming pools, a dedicated ladies' pool, sports courts, a beach club, and a marina. Green spaces and crystal lagoons take up roughly 80% of the land, keeping the built-up area relatively low. The location is chosen for its connectivity: about two hours from Cairo via the new Fouka road, and 90 minutes from Alexandria, placing it within reach of both cities for weekend or seasonal use.
