La Vista Ray is a coastal resort in Ain Sokhna, developed by La Vista Developments, a company with projects across Cairo, the North Coast, and the Red Sea. The resort is set on 45 acres along the Sokhna–Zafarana road, with a low building density that leaves most of the land for landscaping, water features, and open space. Its design takes cues from Far Eastern resort architecture, with a Thai Promenade, terraced layouts that preserve sea views, and a beachfront.
