La Reva is a residential compound in the R8 district of the New Administrative Capital, developed by Methaq Arab Group (MAG) — a Saudi-Emirati-Egyptian partnership. The project spans 38 acres with a low building density of about 22.5%, leaving over 60% of the land for landscaped gardens, water features, and open space. It comprises 36 residential buildings (ground plus eight floors), plus nine buildings for hotel-managed units.
