About
Kardia is a residential compound developed by Capital Link Developments in the R8 district of the New Administrative Capital, on plot O2 near the Green River, Al Masa Hotel, and the government and embassy districts. The project spans about 23 feddans, with 80% of the land dedicated to landscaping, green spaces, and recreational areas, including artificial lakes, gardens, walking tracks, and swimming pools. It offers apartments and duplexes across 30 residential buildings, each rising seven floors. The compound includes a clubhouse, sports courts, kids' play areas, a commercial mall, cafes and restaurants, smart lighting, and 24-hour security. The design follows a contemporary architectural style, with an emphasis on natural light and open views. Kardia is the developer's first residential project, complementing its earlier commercial and administrative developments in the New Capital.
