Horya is a coastal resort community developed by Reportage Properties, a UAE-based group active across more than 20 countries. Located at KM 246 on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh road, in the Sidi Heneish area of the North Coast, the project sits on 65 acres with a low built-up footprint of around 20%, leaving the majority of the land for landscaped gardens, swimmable lagoons, and open spaces. The design draws from the concept of a mermaid, offering modern European architecture with clean lines and large glass surfaces that open up to Mediterranean views. The unit mix includes chalets, townhouses, and twin villas. On-site amenities include an aqua park, a spa and wellness centre, padel and tennis courts, a clubhouse, a food court, and a running track.
