About
Home Residence is a residential community from Home Town Developments in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement, a growing area east of Cairo where the developer has established several commercial projects. The community is designed around the idea of spaciousness: over 80% of the site is preserved as landscaped greenery, water features and recreational zones, giving the project a notably open atmosphere. The residential buildings are capped at ground plus five floors, with only four units per floor, which contributes to the sense of privacy and the amount of natural light reaching the apartments. Homes range from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes, and several units include private gardens. Within the compound, the master plan incorporates a commercial strip, a clubhouse, padel courts, a mosque, children's play areas, jogging and cycling tracks, and dedicated gathering spaces for families. The master plan was designed by the international architecture firm Chapman Taylor.
