Greya Compound is a residential project in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, developed by El Baron Developments. Situated on North 90th Street in the Golden Square area, it places residents within walking distance of the American University in Cairo and minutes from Al Rehab City, Palm Hills, and Mivida compounds. The project spans approximately 4,200 square meters, with only 40% built up and the rest given over to landscaped gardens and green spaces, creating a low-density, tranquil atmosphere. Units range from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplexes, designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. On-site amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pools, sports courts, children’s play areas, walking and jogging tracks, commercial and retail zones, cafes and restaurants, plus 24/7 security and gated entry. The project’s architectural design was overseen by engineering consultant Mohamed Talaat.
