Giza Downtown

Giza Downtown is a mixed-use hospitality and commercial project developed by Novara Development, located directly on the Nile Corniche in central Giza. The project occupies the former site of the Giza Security Directorate, a strategic plot with approximately 55 meters of frontage along the Nile. It comprises three towers rising up to 30 floors above a three-level commercial podium, creating an integrated destination that combines hotel accommodation, branded residences, retail, and entertainment within a single complex. The design, overseen by international consultant OBMI, incorporates a sky panorama pool connecting the three towers. The project sits within walking distance of the Giza Zoo, Orman Garden, Cairo University, and the Saudi Embassy, placing it in an area with established hotel and tourism activity. This location, combined with the mixed-use concept, positions Giza Downtown as a notable addition to the Giza waterfront.
