About
Ezdan Mall is a commercial project in the New Administrative Capital's Downtown area, specifically in the leisure and shopping district within the governmental zone. Developed by Taj Misr, the real estate arm of the Egyptian International Construction Company (EICC), the mall occupies a 1.6-acre plot and rises six floors. Its location places it near Al Masa Hotel, the monorail station, and several government buildings, drawing from a mix of commuters, tourists, and civil servants. The project is designed as a retail and service destination, with a built-up footprint of roughly 2,000 square meters and the rest given to landscaping and open plazas. Features include a 3D mega screen, dancing fountains, a hologram show, a food court, and a kids' area. The design, by engineering consultant Dr. Medhat El Dorra, uses reflective glass facades and includes a signature outdoor stairway with panoramic views. The mall offers commercial units of varying sizes suitable for retail, food and beverage, clinics, and offices.
