Ever West is a mixed-use community on the 26th of July Corridor in 6th of October City, developed by Cred Developments. The 40-acre site is planned with low-to-mid-density buildings, leaving about 80% of the land for landscaping, parks, and water features. It combines apartments with commercial, administrative, and medical spaces, creating a live-work environment. A clubhouse, swimming pools, jogging and cycling tracks, and a commercial strip with cafes and shops are part of the setup. The location sits near Mall of Arabia, Dar Al Fouad Hospital, and connects easily to Sheikh Zayed and October City. Cred, which entered the Egyptian market in 2018 with roots in Jeddah dating to 1982, has worked with Okoplan Engineering Consultants on the project's design.
