Eleven is a commercial and administrative project developed by New Plan Developments, situated in the Financial and Business District of the New Administrative Capital. Positioned on plot 11-B1 along a 90-meter-wide main street and at the start of a 60-meter secondary street, the building faces Al Masa Hotel and is roughly two minutes from the Ministries Complex, the Government District, and the Egyptian Parliament.
