EKO North Coast is a beachfront resort developed by Mena Group, located at kilometer 79 on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Road. The project's architecture takes cues from Santorini, with white and blue buildings set among landscaped gardens and water features. It offers chalets, townhouses, twin houses, duplexes, penthouses, and standalone villas, many with direct sea views. The resort includes a private beach, multiple swimming pools, a clubhouse with a restaurant and fitness center, a spa, kids' camp, and a beach venue. The design emphasizes open spaces and low-density living, with about 80% of the 210,000-square-meter site allocated to greenery, services, and recreational areas.
