About

Dbay is a coastal community on the North Coast, developed by Tatweer Misr at Kilometer 165 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh road in the El Dabaa area. The project spans roughly 200 acres with around 800 meters of sandy beachfront and a depth of about 1,100 meters, built on a terraced design that gives most homes direct sea or lagoon views. Only 18–20% of the land is built up, leaving the rest for green spaces, lagoons, and open areas. The master plan was shaped by Italian firm Gianluca Peluffo & Partners, with architecture that uses wide glass facades and angular forms to blend indoor and outdoor living. Unit types range from chalets and twin houses to standalone villas, lofts, cabins, and hotel-style apartments. Facilities include multiple pools, a clubhouse, restaurants, a spa, sports areas, a kids' aqua park, and a commercial strip. Tatweer Misr is the developer behind other North Coast projects such as Fouka Bay and Salt.
