D.O.S.E is a 125-acre coastal resort at Kilo 174 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh road in El Dabaa, developed by Akam Alrajhi Developments—a partnership between Egypt's Akam Developments and Saudi Arabia's Al Rajhi Group.
