Code Mall is a commercial and administrative project developed by Jadeer Group, located in the Downtown district of the New Administrative Capital, right along the Central Park. The project consists of three separate buildings connected by suspended bridges, with a total built-up area of 7,200 square meters. It offers retail units on the ground and first floors, designed as an open strip mall with a plaza, and administrative offices on the upper floors, including some with double views of the park and the main street. The design, by architectural firm Mimar, uses natural stone, porcelain, wood, and smart glass for the facade, allowing natural light while managing heat. Seven elevators, including three panoramic ones overlooking the park, serve the building. The location is next to Bin Zayed Axis and the Regional Ring Road, close to the monorail station, express train, Al Masa Hotel, and the Green River.
