City Hall Strip is a mixed-use mall in the New Administrative Capital's Investors Area, developed by Serac Developments. The project combines commercial shops, administrative offices, and medical clinics across six buildings with a ground floor plus four upper levels. Its location along the southern Mohammed bin Zayed axis places it opposite the Green River and within reach of the government and diplomatic districts, as well as residential blocks R7 and R8. The design prioritizes open plaza and landscaping over built mass, with glass-fronted facades. Facilities include 24-hour security, surveillance, underground parking, central air conditioning, high-speed internet, and backup generators. The developer, Serac, entered the market in 2022 with a portfolio including a previous City Hall mall in New Cairo.
