City Hall is a commercial and administrative development in New Cairo's Northern Investors Area, designed by architect Hany Saad and engineered by Mohamed Hafez. The project spans 16,000 square meters across six buildings with a 300-meter facade, offering a mix of retail and office spaces. The ground and first floors are dedicated to shops, while the second floor houses offices. A 2,835 sqm hypermarket anchors the retail experience, complemented by food and beverage outlets, interconnected terraces, and a pharmacy. The development includes five main entrances, underground parking, CCTV, and round-the-clock security. Its location on Mohamed Naguib Axis places it near residential communities like Waterway and Palm Hills, with the American University in Cairo and other key landmarks within a short drive. Developed by Serac Developments, a company founded in 2022 with ties to the jewelry and diamond industry, City Hall represents their first project in New Cairo.
