Cinco is a mixed-use commercial and administrative project from Upwyde Developments, situated on North 90th Street in New Cairo's Golden Square, directly opposite Maxim Mall and near Emerald Park. The name 'Cinco' (Spanish for 'five') marks it as the developer's fifth project. Designed by architect Raef Fahmy, the building features a circular form with full-glass facades and a central park area, setting it apart from conventional mall designs.
