About
Central New Cairo is a mixed-use business complex developed by Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED), a company with roots dating back to 1975. The project sits at the intersection of New Cairo's three main arteries: North and South 90th Streets and the Mohamed Naguib Axis, placing it within a 10-kilometer radius of the city's core and about 30 kilometers from both Downtown Cairo and the New Administrative Capital. The master plan, designed by the global firm WATG, comprises 10 office buildings arranged over five retail and dining podiums, a courtyard of five buildings dedicated to elevated food and beverage experiences, and a family entertainment center. Office units range from around 50 square meters to 485 square meters, with double-height entrances, glass facades overlooking the central courtyard, and floor heights of 3.9 meters. The development includes a comprehensive suite of building systems: fire alarm and fighting, access control, CCTV, smart parking management, HVAC, and backup power. Its location provides direct access to major roads and proximity to landmarks like the American University in Cairo and Dusit Thani Lakeview.
