About
Castle Landmark is a residential development in the New Administrative Capital's R7 district, on plot A1 next to the British University. The project is designed around a low-density master plan: about 19% of the 41.5-acre site is built up, with the remaining 81% given over to landscaped gardens, parks, and artificial lakes. The master plan was created by Okoplan, the Egyptian-German consultancy involved in the New Capital's own design. Inside, the compound includes a clubhouse, swimming pools, jogging and cycling tracks, a commercial mall, medical clinics, and a nursery. Parking is fully underground, keeping car traffic away from the residential streets. The project also integrates solar energy for a portion of its lighting. Castle Landmark is developed by Cred (formerly Castle Development), a company with roots in Saudi Arabia's ABC Construction, established in 1982.
