Capital Heights 2 is the second residential project from Safwa Urban Development in the New Administrative Capital, built on 250,000 square meters (57 feddans) with a low building coverage of just 18.5%. The compound is designed around a smart-living concept, with a 50,000 square meter sports club and a 30,000 square meter commercial hub.
