Bungalows is a North Coast resort that aims to recapture the relaxed, unhurried feel of the coast before it became overdeveloped. Developed by Arabia Developments, the project sits at kilometer 73 on the Alexandria-Matrouh Road, placing it near Marina and New Alamein while maintaining a quieter, more intimate atmosphere. The master plan covers about 188,000 square meters, with only 18% built up; the rest is given to lagoons, landscaped gardens, and walkable pathways. Low-rise buildings keep the density low, and all units face the Mediterranean. The resort includes a private beach, swimming pools, a kids' aqua park, yoga decks, a beach clubhouse, restaurants, and a concierge service. The design is deliberately understated, favoring calm, organic spaces over showy architecture.
