Bridges is a commercial and administrative destination in Sheikh Zayed, developed by One of One Developments, a new Egyptian firm that launched in 2025. Situated directly on the 26th of July Axis, the project occupies 10 acres and is designed by Raef Fahmi Architects. The master plan integrates office spaces, medical clinics, retail units, and a business hotel, all linked by a network of pedestrian bridges that give the project its name. The layout emphasizes greenery and water features, with many units offering terraces that overlook the landscaped surroundings. A wellness center, meeting rooms, and a rooftop lounge are among the amenities. The location places it near major retail destinations like Mall of Arabia and Mall of Egypt, with easy highway access. As the developer's first project, Bridges represents an early test of its delivery capability.
