About
Boho is a boutique coastal resort developed by Atric Developments on Zaafarana Road in Ain Sokhna. The project sits on a 20-acre site with a low building footprint—roughly 20% of the land is built up, leaving the rest for green spaces, pathways, and leisure areas. Its tiered layout is designed so most units face the sea, with a private beach stretching about 250 meters along the Red Sea. The resort includes a boutique hotel, multiple swimming pools, a beach cinema, restaurants and cafés, a kids' area, and 24/7 security with CCTV. Unit types range from chalets and duplexes to twin houses and standalone villas. Atric, an established developer operating since 1998, also built Boardwalk in the New Administrative Capital and Divina Gardens in El Shorouk. Boho is intended as a relaxed, self-contained seaside community.
