Blue Tree is a residential compound developed by SKY AD. Developments in the Golden Square area of New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. The project spans 50 acres, with 81% of the land dedicated to green spaces and water features, including a 10-acre central park. Buildings are limited to ground plus four floors, occupying only 19% of the site, which keeps the community low-rise and spacious. The master plan was designed by JZMK, with landscape architecture by Okoplan. Facilities include a clubhouse, an infinity pool, paddle courts, outdoor gym, jogging and cycling tracks, a kids' area with a BBQ zone, and a commercial area. The compound offers apartments and duplexes, all oriented to overlook the landscaped gardens.
