About
Bloomfields is a large, integrated residential community developed by Tatweer Misr in Mostakbal City, the area between New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital. The project spans roughly 415 acres and is designed as a 'green' community, with a strong emphasis on landscaping, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and lakes that run through the residential clusters. The master plan was shaped by Italian architect Gianluca Peluffo and Egyptian architect Raef Fahmy, and it includes a mix of apartments, villas, townhouses, and duplexes spread across phases known as The Vues and The Lakes. What sets Bloomfields apart is its College Town district, which houses Egypt's first entrepreneurial university alongside international schools, creating an education-focused hub within the community. It also features CoFlow, a commercial complex with serviced offices, retail, and medical clinics. The location places it roughly 10 minutes from the American University in Cairo and 45 minutes from Ain Sokhna.
