About
Bianchi Ilios is a Greek-inspired coastal village in Sidi Abdel Rahman, developed by Al-Borouj Misr Developments Group, the company behind projects like Heaven Hills and The Red Residence. The village draws its design language from the Greek islands — whitewashed facades, blue accents, and stepped promenades that open onto turquoise lagoons and a sandy shoreline. Spread across 104 acres, only about 15-20% of the land is built up; the rest is given to lagoons, green spaces, and a 360-meter beachfront. A standout feature is the Wave, a man-made beach with controlled surf technology — one of only a handful in the world — operated by WhiteWater, the firm behind attractions for Disney and Royal Caribbean. The Wave Hotel Apartments sit at the heart of the village, with 512 serviced studios and one-bedroom units overlooking the beach. Beyond that, the village includes a sports club, aqua park, shopping centre, hotel, diving centre, and dedicated children's areas. The architecture keeps the experience intimate and walkable, with low-rise clusters connected by pedestrian and cycling paths.
