Aroma is a beachfront resort community in Ain Sokhna, developed by Residence Developments, a company active in the Egyptian market since 1996. Spread across roughly 85 acres, the project keeps a low building density—only about 14 percent of the land is built up—so most of the space goes to landscaped gardens, lagoons, swimming pools, and open areas. The private sandy beach is one of its main draws, alongside a beach club, an aqua park, sports courts, and a commercial strip with restaurants and cafes. Later phases, such as Malva, introduced twin houses with private gardens and access to swimmable lagoons. With older phases already delivered and newer ones like Redville offering contemporary designs, Aroma gives buyers the option to choose between immediate use or a longer payment plan.
