6ixty Iconic Tower is a 40-storey mixed-use skyscraper in the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital, developed by Al-Borouj Misr Developments Group, a firm with over 15 years of experience in Egypt's real estate market. The tower sits on an 8,000 sqm plot and rises 140 metres, offering a mix of retail, office, medical, and hotel-apartment units. Its location in the downtown CBD places it directly in front of the Iconic Tower, Africa's tallest building, and near the Green River, Al Masa Hotel, and the monorail station. The project was designed by DSA Architects International, with interiors by Alchemy Design Studios. Facilities include underground parking, a food court, conference halls, a nursery, and a sports club. The tower's vertical zoning separates retail, office, medical, and residential floors, which suits different tenant needs.
