The Affix

About
Affix Developments is a real estate developer that surfaced in the Egyptian market with—based on available research—a single, identifiable project: Kernel Business Hub in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. The company presents more than 20 years of multidisciplinary experience, though public records of projects delivered before Kernel are absent. Its founding team includes Engineer Saeed El-Bastawisy, whose background includes industrial construction. Kernel Business Hub is a mixed-use mall located directly on North 90th Street, comprising retail, medical, and administrative units. Online descriptions—most of which are promotional rather than independently verified—claim a high-quality finish and competitive pricing. For a buyer considering the developer, the track record is thin: one visible project, and the company's broader history is not documented in the searchable public domain.
