This alliance combines Sky's investment and development experience with Innovo Group's global engineering and construction expertise. The developer focuses on large-scale, mixed-use projects in New Cairo, with an emphasis on integrated living, working, and leisure environments. Their flagship project, Citystars Park St., launched in 2026 with declared investments exceeding EGP 100 billion, represents one of the area's largest announced developments. The company has secured significant financial backing, including a EGP 7 billion syndicated loan from major Egyptian banks for their Park St. Edition project, reflecting institutional confidence in their approach.
